Project Management

Every project is examined in detail by a project manager and followed through every operation from estimating to completion. This ensures that the projects are carefully monitored for quality and on time delivery.

Estimating

Our estimators go to great lengths to communicate effectively with our customers to investigate the best possible way to build a piece. They take into account material yield and availability, and periodically make alternate recommendations to improve the structure or lower the price.

Engineering

Once and estimate is approved, our engineers and CAD technicians generate millwork drawings and cut lists, using advanced computer programming in "pattern system software." Before any pieces are cut, the design, drawings and material specifications go through a thorough review with you. Only after this approval process is complete will R.B. Woodcraft begin manufacturing.

Machining

Utilizing highly automated, state-of-the-art veneer presses, edge banders, dowel inserters, case clamp presses and CNC equipped saws and routers, projects begin to take shape.

Assembly

Our experienced craftsmen "go the extra mile" to assemble parts and components to near perfection. Hardware, trim, metal and glass are fitted while electrical, mechanical and data line access requirements are considered.

Finishing

R.B. Woodcraft craftsmen understand the dramatic effects attained when the desired finish in stains, lacquers, enamels and urethanes are properly applied. Maintaining a "clean air" environment within a dedicated finishing facility, along with skilled craftsmen, guarantees your satisfaction.

Installation

Personal installation services guarantee on time execution with the utmost attention to detail. Conscientious and highly qualified installation teams work closely with project managers, general contractors, designers, planners and clients to insure that every project, regardless of the size, is given the time and energy to exceed all expectations.
